Accounts Receivable Manager

What you will do
- Define credit limits, collection strategies, and service performance targets
- Manage billing, cash application, disputes, deductions, reconciliations, and close
- Forecast cash collections and optimize doubtful debt and write-off processes
- Improve internal controls, control testing, compliance, and reporting quality
- Lead process optimization and manage escalations with senior stakeholders
What you bring
- 5-8 years of progressive accounts receivable or finance operations experience
- Proven experience managing AR teams, service delivery, or shared services
- Strong understanding of credit risk, collections, bad debt, working capital, and close
- Ability to define controls, analyze root causes, and lead cross-functional change
- Degree in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related discipline
