Accounts Payable Process Owner / Transformation Lead
Finance Transformation · UAE / India (Hybrid / On-site) · Full-timeDefine the global procure-to-pay operating model and lead AP transformation across geographies. You will establish vendor, invoice, payment, tax, control, and automation standards that scale with the business.
What you will do
- Define global AP governance, policies, controls, KPIs, and service standards
- Set vendor governance, matching, exception, payment, tax, expense, and close frameworks
- Own the automation roadmap for OCR, workflow, RPA, reporting, and treasury integration
- Lead SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics ERP transformation and process design
- Engage executive stakeholders and deliver measurable P2P and working capital improvements
What you bring
- 8+ years of accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or finance transformation experience
- Experience defining global P2P standards, governance, controls, and operating models
- Deep knowledge of vendor data, matching, exceptions, payments, tax, expenses, and close
- Track record delivering ERP transformation, OCR, RPA, workflow, or shared services programs
- Executive communication, change leadership, and strong commercial judgment
